Get Fit Challenge In Action

Here we go.

I will exercise Monday thru Friday and take the weekends off, unless I walk somewhere.

Week 1

Monday - stretching & toning.
Tuesday - zilch
Wednesday - ok let's just say I can only get better at this. I had a meeting with a teacher this morning, so I cleaned the house for 2 hours before she came over, then was out shopping for 6 hrs - lugging round my 30lber...does this count. Sure feels like it
Thursday - My get fit challenge has not been much of a challenge coz I didn't even do anything. I slipped down the stairs the Wednesday night and have become very sore...I least I know I still have some muscles there lol. It has made me see that I'm still very disorganized. I can get the priorities in order, which is really just, the laundry, and the meals - food/shopping lists/menus/coupons. Just that is taking up my whole day, of course there's some time on the computer.
Friday - I was doing laundry and sorting thru stored clothes trying to find some warmer things for my 4yrds who starts PreK on Monday.

So I guess I'm going to have the weekend off.....;) and brainstorm a way to fit some exercise into my day. I'll admit just to get wehre I am has been an achievement in itself.

I will go back and do Week 1 again!!!

I'm wondering how everyone else is doing on the challenge - I lost link to the blog I joined with.

I'm not big on exercise, I do yoga...
Is that considered exercise? Hmmmm...
