Wisteria - Before and After

I think this is one of my favourite photos I've taken, when I have a back yard one day the terrace will be covered with wisteria. I edited in Picasa, and am using an el cheapo Olympus Point & Shoot.

Here's the original

  1. I'm not sure which edit I like better. Maybe the auto contrast. Your original is very pretty too.

  9. So pretty. I love wisteria. I plant one every year thinking at some point I'll get lucky or find a plant that puts up with my cold winters. They all end up in the compost bin. :) You moved your blog?? I lost track of you for awhile. Glad we're reconnected.

  10. This is purple, so my hubby's opinion comes first. The third shot, before the Auto-color, since the last one made it not so purple anymore... Happy Mother's Day!

  12. I've seen so many amazing photos people have taken with point and shoots (this being one of them!) I've been thinking seriously about getting one to stick in my purse to have with me at all times, I have a D5000 but it's much too bulky to carry all the time, and there's always that moment when you wish you had your camera with you!
