I got a vision for this very shortly after I read the theme "Time" and I can't tell you how impatiently I waited to see it finished. A bit of Australiana in it....there's nothing like that view from the top of Ayes Rock! It's rather ironic that in the old days I guess they actually thought the world looked like that.

Wow this is stunning.
ReplyDeleteUnbelievable work. Love them.
Sorry! I always proof read my comments after sending which comes back to bite me sometimes.
ReplyDeleteYour picture is, indeed, stunning. I love the unusual view from the top of Ayers Rock, rather than the most used shot from afar. I love the way you have used it to create a beautiful, thought-provoking piece of art.
Sadly, the thoughtless behaviour of a minority of hooligans on the rock has led to the traditional owners requesting that climbing be banned and this law will come into force some time this year I believe.
Fabulous piece, a lot to see!
